seapony321
Hey there! Just sending a quick "hello" to introduce myself and putting this in writing! I've been reading obsessively for about a week so I could start on June 1st and end on the 30th. One complete month. Maybe a little OCD, but it's nice & neat this way. I'm excited for this challenge ahead!
science_n_salsa
I love your reasoning for picking those dates. They were part of my decision process as well! Here's to us and big changes! We can do it!
Suzibeck
I'm starting today as well. I'm eating scrambled eggs with broccoli and carrots, cooked in coconut oil for breakfast. I think I'm going to go heat up some of my homemade turkey sausage as well so I'm not hungry at work before lunch. There are so many tempting things to eat at work but I can do this! I picked June 1 for the ease of keeping track too. My mind is pulled in too many directions these days so making anything as easy as possible is a bonus. We've got this! iteach
Hey there! Just sending a quick "hello" to introduce myself and putting this in writing! I'm excited for this challenge ahead! Same here. It just seems right to start on the first day of a 30-day month. Don't ask me what I'll do when July gets here! It'll be a tough decision. I'm just as excited, and a little scared to start a new whole 30. This isn't my first time, but I know it won't be my last. I can give up sweets and sugar free things, but dairy is difficult for me. I hold in my invisible pocket the idea that I've completed a whole 30 days before; I can do it again. Best wishes everyone!
mprideaux
Seapony that's exactly what I did too. A little OCD is good for the soul, especially I think for following this Whole 30. Got to be diligent about planning, prepping, and checking those labels.
