eanderson013
Today starts my first Whole30 and so far so good. I have always found cooking to be a passion of mine, so I am happy to try out these new recipies and cooking techniques. I spent the past 2 weeks mentally, physically and emotionally preparing for my Whole30 journey and spent a large portion of that time purging my pantry and restocking it with Whole30 approved foods. I said my goodbyes to pizza, wings and beer over the last couple of weeks and am looking forward to my Whole30 meals to come. Todays meals were: Spinach frittata, fresh pineapple and some coconut milk (I didn't have any avocado this morning). Protein salad (salmon with homemade mayo) on a bed of spinach with homemade ranch and a side of strawberries and blueberries. Roasted spaghetti squash, perfect ground beef, homemade tomato sauce (I combined the two for a meat sauce), on top of a bed of spinach As I said, so far so good, I am looking forward to becoming healthier and happier. -Eric
