Liz's Whole 30!

I've been meaning to start for a few months now, but things have always come up whether it be travel, vacation, special events...


I fell off the wagon over the holidays and am still recovering! I've generally eaten paleo for the past couple of years, and once I started dabbling in sugar/grains again, it's been SO DIFFICULT to get myself out. It's time for a much needed change.


It seems that some people do better with fruit versus starchy veggies as their source of carbs, and I'm still trying to figure out what works best for me. Since I am trying to kill my sugar dragon, I'm going to try and limit my fruits and see how I do.


Woke up not hungry at all due to a very very late dinner last night. For breakfast, I just had a homemade almond milk latte (compliant).


Lunch is a bison burger over a ton of spinach with olives and olive oil. Dinner will be salmon with roasted zucchini, summer squash, and kale. Olive oil on top.
