So after coming back from my honeymoon in Cyprus where I was eating lovely fresh, simple food, I'm now back to my bad eating habits and feeling lethargic and bloated all over again.


My boss has just completed her first Whole30 and has not stopped raving about it; so I thought I'd follow in her footsteps and give this a go. 


I usually suck at sticking to these things, which is why I'm giving myself until Monday to clear out the kitchen, and plan/prep for the start date. Hoping having the motivation of someone in my office sucessfully completing, using this forum and being organised (now that I have the head space to do so with the wedding out of the way) will enable me to smash this and change my bad habits once and for all...fingers crossed!
