I have leg cramps now almost every night or early morning. I'm on Day 21,and the cramps have been happening for about 10 days. Also my legs feel different during the day compared to not being on this diet. They feel sometimes stronger and sometimes just tired.

I've tried magnesium supplement st night but didn't help. I've also been drinking bone broth for about 10 days, which I thought would help.

Any input?
