Day One Done!!!

Finished day one!! Woot, Woot!!! Thought the hardest part was making a 3 day meal plan. I have never done this before but it worked out great for my shopping.

 

I worked out early this morning and was starving by the time I got home. I think I'm going to try a small amount of protein before my am workout. By late afternoon I had a crazy headache.
