VBMommyof3 Posted June 2, 2016 Share Posted June 2, 2016 I'm starting my first whole30 today. I have been putting off starting the past 2 days, coming up with excuses. No more excuses...here I go! Just had two fried eggs and grilled veggies for breakfast. Want coffee but not sure what to do because I always use stevia and creamer in it. I guess those are my first two habits to break! Breakfast was pretty awesome -- apple-chicken sausage, mushrooms, broccoli, and an egg; coffee w/coconut milk The coffee tastes different this way, but not in a bad way. I always used half and half or milk before, no sweetener. I did read somewhere on these forums that coconut milk can clump, so I used an immersion blender and it came out creamy and frothy. I think tonight's planned dinner will rock too! My kids love paella, so I'm making that for the family, and then a cauliflower-rice version for myself.
