If liver is healthy why does it taste like that?

There's a whole thread of liver recipes here, perhaps a new recipe would help you like it more?


If you like sausages, you might start with some of the organ meat sausages like braunschweiger or head cheese. (Those links are to definitely compliant versions from a good company that uses grass fed, pastured, organic, etc. meats.)
