My name is Kathy.  I've been wanting to start the program sooner but have been waiting for my husband to do it with me.  It feels like it's going to be alot of work - I'm really tired by the end of my work day and having the energy to follow through with the whole 30 diet and meal plans is a concern.  I know I can do it but I really need some tips on how to save time and prepare as much ahead as possible.  Anyway, here we go!!!  :)
