homerfrizzell Posted October 5, 2012 Share Posted October 5, 2012 The greens are edible though bitter. I like to saute' them - a shallot helps to mellow them out. I love raw radishes with a bit of sea salt. You can also saute' them a bit, puree them, adding in some raw ones, also pureed, to make a soup you can serve hot or cold. nutmegananne Posted October 5, 2012 Share Posted October 5, 2012 I love them roasted in the oven (goes great with roasted sweet potatoes, carrots, etc.). Would have never thought of doing that til I had it at a restaurant early this year. I also toss a few whole ones in along with other veggies when I do a roast in the crockpot.
