DebraW502 Posted June 6, 2016 Share Posted June 6, 2016 Completed the Whole 30 and am at Day 6 of reintroductions. No energy for last two weeks and never really had the "Tiger Blood." Had a pretty Whole 30 diet before starting, so was in it to reset. Coincidentally, had blood drawn on Whole 30 Day 18 for an upcoming physical. Results were low triglycerides, low WBC, and low Vitamin D. My doctor didn't mention anything but the low Vitamin D. Is this deep fatigue related to the Whole 30?
