Administrators ladyshanny Posted July 13, 2016 Administrators Share Posted July 13, 2016 You can, but Advil is a bit harder on your muscles than Tylenol. I read/heard this recently! That injured areas that are medicated with ibuprofen heal weaker than those that aren't. I can't take Tylenol so I've always used Advil or the like! Not anymore, apparently. laura_juggles
Is there a study that references that Advil's harder on the muscles? Since it doesn't actually heal the muscle, I'm interested to know how that all works.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted July 14, 2016 Administrators Share Posted July 14, 2016 I was also interested in that and I cannot remember where I read that. I want to say Dallas Hartwig but I can't for sure. I recall it was someone I trusted so didn't look into it any further and took at face value.
