Starting tomorrow June 7th

This will be my first time attempting the whole 30. I am 24, I eat as healthy and clean as I can, and I workout 2-5 times a week. However, life as a teacher can get very hectic and lead to making some not so great choices. Since it is my summer break, I thought it would be the perfect time to push the reset button and get my health back on track. Best to everyone!
