Lgedwards32 Posted June 6, 2016 Share Posted June 6, 2016 Hello All, After much reading and consideration I have decided to start Whole30 next Monday. I was about to rush in and start tomorrow but feel I will be more successful if I take some time to plan meals, get groceries, etc. After many years of living with extreme stress due to unemployment, addiction of a loved one, divorce, and menopause it is safe to say I am a physical wreck. I have not made caring for myself a priority and as a result I am heavier than I have ever been, have high cholesterol, on blood pressure meds, and haven't been getting regular exercise. I hate the way I look and feel and really want to improve my health and quality of life. I am excited and a bit nervous at same time. It's hard to turn off that voice in my head that says "You will never successfully complete this" but I am determined to do it! I am not getting any younger and really want to get myself in a better place. I look forward to chatting with and getting to know some of you!
