Whole 30 take two!

Writing this at the end of day 1 which has been fine bar a big headache which will probably be from sugar/caffeine withdrawal! I can normally stay healthy for 1 day no problem though - the difficult ones are days 2, 3, 4, 5 - so I'm literally about to go to sleep but am writing this here and will write more tomorrow,  try add in a consistent layer of routine to my day that reflects on the foods I ate and how they made me feel, goodnight!
