You can continue as long as you want, there's nothing about eating this way that is physically bad for you.


Do be sure you plan in some time for reintroductions -- even if you don't plan to have wheat or dairy or any of the other non-Whole30 foods regularly, it's good to have some idea how they affect you, in case you're in a situation where you're trying to make the best decision about what to eat when nothing is 100% compliant.
