khillmiller
So I read that Kombucha is ok if no added sugar and I've been thoroughly enjoying the various flavors a couple of times a week. GT's Enlightened was even suggested by Melissa, but just today I'm sipping a bottle of strawberry Serenade (only ingredients organic raw kombucha and strawberry puree. I just happened to read the following on the label, " Kombucha is a fermented tea taht has naturally occurring alcohol. Do not consume if you are avoiding alcohol due to pregnancy, allergies, sensitivities or religious belief." Of course it doesn't list and alcohol content and I don't get a buzz, so should I be concerned?
