Lesniak720
Just finished my first week of Whole30, so far so good. I'm just wondering if it is normal to feel tired, sluggish and have headaches after the first week? Also, my whole family is doing this and my children are 15 and 14, is this program ok for them to partake in? I'll be honest I have read "It Starts With Food", but have not gotten completely through the Whole30, although I have already tried many of the recipes and we are all enjoying them. So much flavor, different than anything we have in the past. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you. ~ Lesniak720
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted June 8, 2016 Moderators Share Posted June 8, 2016 Hey there Yes, it's totally normal to have headaches and feel sluggis. If you would like us to take a look at what you've been eating and see if there are any tweaks, please post two to three days of your intake including portion sizes, specific veggies, protein and fat, water intake and whatever else you think might be relevant. I've moved your post from 'Forum Feedback' which is for feedback on the use of the forum, to 'Troubleshooting' which is for feedback on your meals.
