jmann27
I'm getting ready to start Whole30 in another week. I bought the whole30 book and i'm gathering info, getting my shopping list together and planning meals and am wondering about supplements. I currently take calcium, Omega, biotin, dandelion root, beta-alanine and spirulina and am wondering if I need to just drop all of that and take a multi vitamin or just continue. Any suggestions, feedback would be greatly appreciated
Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 9, 2016 Moderators Share Posted June 9, 2016 You can take supplements that do not include off-plan ingredients. Check for things like soy, corn starch, dairy, etc. If you were not already taking supplements, we would encourage you not to start during a Whole30 so that you don't confuse supplements and eating better. Continuing your existing routine is not a problem, however, unless it keeps off-plan foods in your body.
