First time to Whole30 and wondering if it's ok to take supplements?

I'm getting ready to start Whole30 in another week. I bought the whole30 book and i'm gathering info, getting my shopping list together and planning meals and am wondering about supplements. I currently take calcium, Omega, biotin, dandelion root, beta-alanine and spirulina and am wondering if I need to just drop all of that and take a multi vitamin or just continue. Any suggestions, feedback would be greatly appreciated :)

You can take supplements that do not include off-plan ingredients. Check for things like soy, corn starch, dairy, etc. If you were not already taking supplements, we would encourage you not to start during a Whole30 so that you don't confuse supplements and eating better. Continuing your existing routine is not a problem, however, unless it keeps off-plan foods in your body.
