mariamontet
I'm officially starting my Whole30 on Monday, June 13. I have been reading and researching this for a while and I think it could be tremendously beneficial to me. I'm a 33 year old mom of two. After the birth of my last child (two years ago) I just haven't been able to get back into the swing of eating healthy and exercising. I've truly been stuck in an awful rut. I lost most of the baby weight then managed to gain a good bit of it back. Two months ago I hired a personal trainer and have been doing a great job of getting back in shape but I feel that I need to step it up a notch. I have hypothyroidism and lose weight very slowly. I'm looking forward to making some changes in my life to be the best me I can be. Thankfully my husband is on this journey with me. We are doing Whole30 together. It may sound silly but I am nervous about what I will do for lunch each day. I know I can master breakfast and dinner, but I'm a little worried about thinking outside the box for lunch. Any suggestions are welcomed! I'm excited to see where the next 30 days will take me.
