I'm really excited about the possibilities to help with: obesity, chronic joint pain, low energy, mental fog, sugar addiction, and absolutely no sense of how much to eat or when to stop. Top priority this weekend: PREPARATION! I have some more reading to do, a plan for the coming week and a shopping list to make, and grocery shopping. Sweet potatoes! Guilt-free sweet potatoes!
