Starting my first Whole30 - June 13, 2016

I was introduced to the Whole30 by several friends who have had great experiences with it.  I'm really excited about the possibilities to help with:  obesity, chronic joint pain, low energy, mental fog, sugar addiction, and absolutely no sense of how much to eat or when to stop.  Top priority this weekend:  PREPARATION!  I have some more reading to do,  a plan for the coming week and a shopping list to make, and grocery shopping.  Sweet potatoes!  Guilt-free sweet potatoes!
