lisanaili Posted October 5, 2012 Share Posted October 5, 2012 I'm on day 3 of the program and I've been doing very good so far. I'm eating my three meals (with snacks in between) and sleeping as much as I can. Yesterday, my co-workers bought pizzas to celebrate a birthday and while I ate my steak with cassava all I thought was all the proccessed food they were ingesting (ok, I thought it looked delicious too. C'mon, I'm human!) The point is, that even that I was tempted since I love pizza, I didn't crave it. I haven't crave anything all that much. Which I think is weird! I've read that at this point I should be craving all the bad things I used to eat or crave (sweets, sodas, junk food...) I got The Whole30 Daily today (day 3), all it talks about is about how I'm suposed to be cranky, exhausted, etc. But I haven't felt like that at all! Could I be doing anything wrong? I am on day 12 and had already eating pretty paleo so I didn't have the horrible symptoms that some people do. There were a few times so far that I've wished I could eat something else but it didn't consume my thoughts. Good luck and keep feeling good! ginsinnot Posted October 5, 2012 Share Posted October 5, 2012 I'm on day 17 of my first Whole 30. I really haven't had any cravings. Which really surprised me, because I was a pretty serious sugar abuser. I'd been eating paleo fairly consistently for about 1-2 months before my whole 30 and really cut down on my diet pop intake during that time. But I haven't craved any sugary sweets or pop since starting. I've been really amazed. I've only had 2 cranky days, day 5 and 15. And even then, didn't really crave anything.
