Starting Today

Hi! I've already done a lot of reading and have mostly been following the plan for about a week. So, I've decided that I may as well get official.


I've had chronic back pain for almost a year and a half now. I've been unable to lose the 25 pounds I put on over the past two-three years and I'm sure they're contributing to my back pain/inflammation.


I think the hardest part of this for me will be not stepping on the scale!


I'm excited to start.
