Nancy H.
I have been having a small slice of cantaloup occasionally during my Whole 30 run and yesterday someone posted in my log that it is not in the OK food list. But the list mentions "melon". And since cantaloup is a melon I thought it was OK. Am I wrong.
Robin Strathdee
Totally fine. All fruits and vegetables are in! The lists are not exhaustive :0)
Nancy H.
Thanks Robin. I have been having a hard time for over a year to get my blood sugar down. It has come down some since I am eating so healthy, but it still need to come down more. I guess I just need to limit my fruits. Thanks again. Renee Lee
Nancy, if you're trying to work on your blood sugar, I think I'd pull out your "granola" and anything with dried fruit in it before I pulled out cantaloupe...
Nancy H.
Thanks Renee, I am definitely going to stop all dried fruit and cut back on all fruits.
