eftohara
Ingredients: Cashews, Vegetable Oil (Peanut, Cottonseed, soybean and/or sunflower oil). I'm assuming I can't eat those because of the vegetable/peanut oil but I couldn't find any cashews without vegetable oil at Kroger. Help!
Chachers04
Right. Peanuts and soybeans are not W30 compliant
ArtFossil
Look for dry roasted cashews with just cashews and salt as the ingredients. Trader Joe's has a selection of dry roasted nuts. Or, skip nuts altogether. They are primarily a fat and there are loads of delicious fats you can eat instead.
Derek`
Nuts should only be eaten occasionally (a couple of times per week) because they are easy to over-consume, and they contain a relatively high dose of Omega-6 PUFA, "the bad fat". If you do eat them, however, raw ones are the best (hint: look in the baking or the bulk foods aisle instead of looking for a can of Planter's in the 'chip aisle'). Sleeve
Depending on how you want to bend the numbers, there are some nuts that aren't too bad on total Omega-6 and O6/O3 ratio: http://www.paleoflip.com/nuts-which-ones-to-eat-and-which-ones-to-avoid/ If you're only having a handful, the O6 ratios are easy to counteract with the rest of the day's food.
