justinandsarah Posted June 16, 2016 Share Posted June 16, 2016 Hi folks. My wife and I are doing our first whole30 along with our 6 and 3 kids. Just wanted to say hi. We started on June 13. So far so good though my kids and I miss oatmeal which was a daily meal. I've got a business trip coming up next weekend to Texas so looking for any tips for business travel and being in a place (assumption coming) less conducive to whole30 (Fort Worth and Houston). My goals: Break addiction to sugar (I'm a slender healthy male in my 40s but feel powerless over sugary foods) Get my energy back (maybe it's just three kids or being 40 but my energy has seriously tanked in the last few years) Well, there you have it.
