susanmcg
After completing Whole30.. and continuing most of it.. I find I have.. not very, but pretty loose stools. I have no discomfort.. and it doesn't bother me at all. I am guessing this is from all the oil in my diet, including coconut during cooking, avocado, nuts, etc. and perhaps the morning cappuccinos (several). What I am wondering is, is this fine, and does anyone else have this effect?

KGDublin
I'm on day 7 and I have started to experience the same thing! Non-painful but very soft stools. Which surprised me because of the amount of vegetables (raw and cooked) i'm eating. I would also be interested in anyone's official W30 experience of this! I'd say the amount of nuts you're eating as per your 'Can I have...' post are contributing to this..... Seriously, don't go nuts with the nuts
Busymomma13
That might explain my problem too, nuts are just so much easier to take with you!
