Afternoon lull

I am on day 17 of my whole30. I have been paleo for 2 years but needed to reset my system. I feel awesome, happy, sleeping well (8+ hours) a night, my body feel tighter. The only thing I can't get a handle on is in the afternoons around 3 or 4 I get super sleepy. I had added some more carbs to my bfast and lunch, but no help. If I take a 15 min nap I feel so much better. So I know it's not me being actually tired, but it feels like my balance is off. Will this pass? Thoughts?
