ErinLCSW Posted June 20, 2016 Share Posted June 20, 2016 Hi everyone, I'm on day 4 of my whole30 and I really just started with the intention of trying to decrease my sugar intake. I'm on day 5 and I feel great! As I researched more about the program I started finding articles that got me hopeful that this journey may assist me in getting some of my autoimmune symptoms under control as well, I have alopecia and slight hypothyroid (not on meds).
