Charlie Horses and restless leg syndrome

I take a magnesium/calcium supplement. But both of these symptoms are coming back..probably from no dairy as far as calcium is concerned.

I also drink Calm morning and night, and use a magnesium topical spray on my legs and take Epsom salt baths at least twice twice a week.

How can I get more calcium and magnesium?

Any other ideas?

You might want to look at ensuring you're getting enough potassium in your diet - not just magnesium & calcium - aim for foods like avocado, banana, potatoes, mushrooms, dark leafy greens, and salmon. And don't forget to salt your food.

It lists in the third point, some better ways to increase calcium.

That was very informative! A Paleo friend of mine has been encouraging me to add canned salmon to my diet, I think it is time I flew her advice!
