Busymomma13
I take a magnesium/calcium supplement. But both of these symptoms are coming back..probably from no dairy as far as calcium is concerned. I also drink Calm morning and night, and use a magnesium topical spray on my legs and take Epsom salt baths at least twice twice a week. How can I get more calcium and magnesium? Any other ideas? jmcbn
You might want to look at ensuring you're getting enough potassium in your diet - not just magnesium & calcium - aim for foods like avocado, banana, potatoes, mushrooms, dark leafy greens, and salmon. And don't forget to salt your food.
Busymomma13
Thanks for the reminder on potassium, I have avacados but forgot to eat them, and I should have my weekly salmon tonight! I do tend to have issues with potassium deficiency....

That was very informative! A Paleo friend of mine has been encouraging me to add canned salmon to my diet, I think it is time I flew her advice!
