Mrssandoval
Ok, I am A SUPER grazer. I've realized this thanks to whole 30. I now eat bigger, fuller meals and try very hard not to snack. But today and yesterday have been tough. I polished off a bag of cashews (salted) in two days. The only positive is that I'm not craving sugar which is the norm. I feel terrible about the cashews but realize that the only way I will succeed on this program is to forgive myself and move on. With that said, any helpful suggestions for pms cravings? I'm definitely eating compliant food but even if I'm not hungry, I want salt. Help! Link to comment
Karen
Eat extra food! Starchy carbs and or extra fat will help. Eat a 4th or 5th meal if needed. PMS cravings are a way for your body to prepare for a pregnancy. Extra salt in particular specifically to hold onto water (extra hydration and to increase blood volume for a potential baby). Once your body figures out it's not pregnant, your period starts, water weight comes off, and cravings subside. Now you know! Link to comment
