Do I have to?

Do I have to reintroduce foods if I don't really miss them? Like beans, I did not miss eating them at all. I do not plan on eating beans any time soon, but it might happen eventually since we are going on vacation in a couple of weeks. I just want to keep eating whole 30 forever! lol!

If you think you might, you should... if however, you think you'll never ever ever eat something again (for me its soy) then there is no need to introduce it. If you think you might eat beans on this trip, then you should really know how they affect you so you can decide if it's worth it or not... what if beans means you have to be in or near a bathroom for 3 hours... not really worth it... you should know that before you go...
