Cassy's 1st Whole30 - Day 6

Hey ladies and gents!


I purchased this book last Saturday, cleaned out my cupboards on Sunday, and prepped as much as possible for the next 30 days.  I have had 2 surgeries in the past year on my right arm/shoulder and have gained weight due to lack of exercise (who knew running involved your arms so much?) and my poor food choices, and DESPERATELY NEEDED a change!


I started the program at 159 lbs (really hard for me to type/admit that) and upset with my body image and lack of energy.  That may not sound like a lot to some, but I am only 5'3".


During the week thus far, it has been easy to maintain, but I have been dreading this weekend and the easy access to food.  It is worth noting that while my family is eating the Whole30 meals I prepare, but they still partake in little snacks and occasional froyo after supper.  


In a sense, I'm doing this by myself, but with this forum, I am not alone  :)
