Started my first Whole 30 on 6/20

So far, so awesome! My husband and I are seven days in and it has been a lot of fun. More planning and prep than going to a restaurant, but he's already lost weight (he has absolutely cheated with the scale) and I can say that my ankles finally look like ankles instead of pillows. The cookbook has been an awesome resource - the kids can only have a piece of meat and a salad so many times. I'm looking forward to figuring out if there is a food connection to the swelling, the joint pain and the migraines. Actually I'm a little nervous that I might find it isn't gluten but dairy that is the culprit. That will break my heart.
