Roasted chicken is an easy protein to stretch. Or...

You could do a build your own pasta where you have zoodles for you and others who may want them and then a couple of batches of other noodles (if you're not tempted by them) with several variations of sauces. Whatever is left over of non compliant can be sent home with others hopefully?

Melissa Hartwig just posted on Instagram a good idea of making a Taco Bar... provide the wraps for those that want, lettuce for those that don't... you can go as compliant/non compliant with the ingredients as you want (so long as what you choose for yourself is compliant).
