Starting TOMORROW June 29th!

I am starting the Whole 30 tomorrow. I have been on a weight loss and lifestyle change journey since January 2016. I am getting fed up of the tracking calories, and constantly weighing. Even though I am fitting my calories for the day I feel like I am not really eating that great of foods. So the whole 30 should help me get on track, and teach my body the good stuff! 

Nervous, and excited.
