thedoggboy671 Posted June 30, 2016 Share Posted June 30, 2016 Hi all - starting my first whole30...tomorrow! meals planned for the next 8 days, protein salad made, spaghetti squash roasting in the oven. I was diagnosed Type 2 about a year ago, hbp, cranky joints, and I'm waaaay overweight for my height & age (I just turned 45). I've dabbled here and there with paleo and usually feel much better when I have, but have not stuck with it.
