First Whole30; Starting July 1st

Hi all - starting my first whole30...tomorrow!  :o meals planned for the next 8 days, protein salad made, spaghetti squash roasting in the oven.


I was diagnosed Type 2 about a year ago, hbp, cranky joints, and I'm waaaay overweight for my height & age (I just turned 45).  I've dabbled here and there with paleo and usually feel much better when I have, but have not stuck with it.  Hoping this will get my silly a** on the right track.  probably going to need serious help with that (and I'm terrible at asking for help, so...)
