Incandescent Posted July 1, 2016 Share Posted July 1, 2016 I plan to start July 18th, a couple days after a wedding, and a family reunion I'm committed to. I am a single mom to a toddler, which worries me. I'm confident that I know how to feed him healthy foods, but trying to feed myself on whole30 and feed him will be a challenge. He doesn't like meat much at all and he is very particular about which veggies he will eat. I also don't think it would be good for him to eat whole30, right? I'm not really sure.
