I'm just tired of trying different things to try to lose weight with no results. This looks like the cleanest and best choice to make! I will start meal prep and planning for work meals this weekend. I would have been in day 27 today, but I have just made too many goofs due to not enough research, but I'm good with this as an planning to eat this way long term! I was introduced to Whole30 by a friend who is on Day 18 with her husband but was looking for support from folks closer to the beginning - happy to have found this string!
