angied_simplyme
I am not fully versed in all things we can say yes too or no too. Can we have these types of water? I like sparkling water.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted July 2, 2016 Moderators Share Posted July 2, 2016 Plain sparkling water with no added anything is definitely fine. The flavored ones are okay if all the ingredients are okay. You probably should read through the rules, the Can I Have list, and the other items that are linked in my signature below to get familiar with what is and isn't allowed. angied_simplyme
Thank you! I did read the rules and can I have list. But I'm still very unsure and trying to prepare for my start
GFChris
Some flavored Pellegrino waters (or other brands) have added sweetener, so those would not be allowed. If you always read the ingredient list before you purchase/consume, that will go a long way to you determining what is on or off plan while on a Whole30. Wendy and Frankie
My husband and I really enjoy the LaCroix sparkling waters. They are compliant, as there is no added sugar. To me, it was like a treat, since it had a fruity flavor, but no calories or sugar. I tend to get bored with plain water and unsweetened tea during my W30's. Karen_Suep
If you want to flavor it, you can always squeeze a little citrus or infuse it a little
