Starting July 2nd

Hi, I have been doing Paleo for around a month but not solid habits as of yet and many cheat days.  Bought the Whole30 book last night on the advice of my niece who is also a RN.  I embrace the no cheat, slip up, or just a bite philosophy that I read - I am fully committed.  I look forward to a new healthy relationship with food and a much healthier body.  Hope to enjoy this journey with many others and anticipate my family eventually joining me in this new lifestyle.  :rolleyes:
