SKirk
My husband and I are in this together--now our 7th day and doing great. But, we both were only a couple pounds overweight--how do we NOT lose too much? (Yes, I admit we did weigh ourselves after a week and we've already lost enough.) Just doing this to be healthier. Administrators ladyshanny Posted July 4, 2016 Administrators Share Posted July 4, 2016 Hi SKirk, You can check out this article for people who don't want to/can't afford to lose weight or want to gain weight. http://whole30.com/2013/12/keeping-weight-whole30/ It's more uncommon for people to lose too much though so you may want to post a few days of your typical intake along with fluids, exercise, sleep and stress and let us take a quick look through and make sure you are on the right track. It is really common for people to feel like they are eating enough with all the nutrient dense foods but we find they are actually undereating, sometimes by a pretty big margin. SKirk
Thank you so much for the link. It helped a lot. It's easy to see, even though we are always full we're not eating enough. We'll try to follow the meal plan template better, add more dense protein and carbs. We are wondering though, how we could add more additional fat--right now we are doing avocados, olives and nuts. What else? Or do I just add more coconut or olive oil to everything I make?
