Completed my 1st Whole30

To say Im happy would be an understatement.

After 30 days , I have lost 12kg ( 26 pounds ) and 8cm off the waist ( 3.1 inches ) , I have also experienced a heap of other positives. Sleeping better , more energy , definitely don't feel bloated or over full anymore.

I have a long way to go in a few different areas.

I still need to lose 28kg ( 61 pounds ) , Ive also got to introduce new vegetables and new fruit into my diet.

So Im turning my Whole30 into whole60 , although weightloss isnt the primary factor in the whole30 it will happen as my body accepts the new lifestyle Im feeding it.
