AmyChen Posted July 6, 2016 Share Posted July 6, 2016 Hi all, I'm on Day 8, almost Day 9, of Whole 30. So far it's been great, minus one problem: my mouth gets irritated. I think it's because I am eating relatively little starch type foods and a lot of acidic foods. Has anyone else had this problem? I started eating more potatoes, white and sweet, to balance it out. AmyChen Posted July 9, 2016 Author Share Posted July 9, 2016 Hi, It's more tomatoes cooked down from whole in sauces, mangos/pineapples cooked down in a chicken dish, and more olive oil than I used to use - so olive oil to cook all dishes and drizzled on salad. It's gotten a better since I posted this, but I've been more careful to weigh out tomato or that mango/pineapple dish with either baked potatoes or spaghetti squash?
