On my way!

Hello everyone.  I decided to not put off my start date to next week and dove in today.  Doing pretty good so far with no cravings, and avoiding temptations at work.  Looking forward to what the next 30 days (or more) will show me in terms of redefining my relationship with trigger foods and reducing inflammation in my body.  I wouldn't be upset if there was some pretty good weight loss thrown in along the way but not making that my focus.
