Terri822 Posted July 7, 2016 Share Posted July 7, 2016 Hey all! I've been noticing sweet potatoes make me retain water / feel inflamed ... Wonder if this has happened to anyone else? I drink 1+ gal water a day , workout ect but definitely notice a difference after eating baked sweet potatoes ... Possibly the sugar / starch doesn't settle well with my body?
