Hey there, I'm on day 2 as well! [email protected] if you would like to bounce off me :)

I'm not looking for weight loss, more or less a healthier approach to food. I've been grain-free and processed foods free for over four months now, but it's time to kick the natural sugars and "paleo treats" - I've been baking way too many paleo muffins lately :P

I'm craaaaaaving something "rewarding" today. It doesn't even have a specific face/food! I think I may end up stopping at the store on my way home from work and buying creamed coconut and eating some with a spoon :P
