WAW Posted July 7, 2016 Share Posted July 7, 2016 I have attempted the Whole30 once before and failed due to a bagel on the 11th day. I am now a new mother and workout 6 days a week, want to get the diet part of my healthy lifestyle down now. I am ready to commit and stop making excuses to push it back and eat what I want. I am so tired of feeling guilty about what I eat after I have a sugar breakdown and consume the house. I am ready to get rid of this sugar demon and make my workouts actually count (and lose the last 15 pounds i've been holding onto). Join me?
