IAmMackAttack 4 Posted July 9, 2016 Share Posted July 9, 2016 Is no joke! I haven't been working out a lot during W30, but I've noticed serious progress in my cardiovascular health! I do a circuit training bootcamp style workout and what used to get my heart rate high into one zone barely budges it now. I've been able to run faster and on higher inclines for longer!
