I really thought "It Start with Food" was written about me. Thankfully my husband agreed to join me on this food journey. I cleaned out the pantry and fridge. I prepped a lot of this weeks food today which allow me even more time. I love to cook so I'm looking forward to trying new ways to cook foods that have lost their appeal. Removing the toxins from the body is a little challenging because I don't know how my body will respond. My husband is having a similar experience. We are rocking through this together.
